EZ-INSIGHT leverages CitraHealth’s NCQA Certified Q.metrics Quality Measures engine.  Q.metrics is Certified for 2016 by NCQA for HEDIS & P4P measures. Citra will keep the 2017 HEDIS & P4P measures supported through Q.Metrics as per NCQA guidelines and will not pursue 2017 re-certification.
